Global reinsurer MS Amlin AG has appointed Jörg Bruniecki as Chief Underwriting Officer for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), a Zurich-based role.
Effective 2022 Bruniecki will report to Charles Goldie, CUO of the wider MS Amlin AG group
With over 24 years’ experience across a range of executive leadership positions, Bruniecki joins from Partner Re, where he led the Global Clients and Broker Management division for the past five years.
Prior to this he held a number of roles at Munich Re, including Head of Central Eastern and South European Markets and Head Aviation Reinsurance. He started his underwriting career at Generali.
As CUO-EMEA , Bruniecki will oversee the financial and strategic integrity of MS AAG’s Zurich-based reinsurance businesses, including the European P&C portfolio and various specialty segments.
