Specialty insurance and reinsurance broker McGill and Partners has launched its own AI agent, becoming the first broker in the London market to leverage Agentic AI technology through Salesforce\u2019s AI system, Agentforce.<\/p>\n

\"McGillThe AI agent is integrated into Underscore, the firm\u2019s proprietary digital platform, which connects distribution partners with London market insurers more efficiently and cost-effectively. By incorporating an AI agent into Underscore, it is expected to further streamline the placement process, reducing delays, and improving collaboration between brokers and insurers.<\/p>\n

Unlike traditional chatbots or automation tools, this AI agent goes beyond scripted responses by understanding context and intent, allowing it to perform tasks autonomously in real time.<\/p>\n

The launch of McGill and Partners\u2019 AI agent enhances Underscore\u2019s capabilities, positioning it to evolve and meet the changing needs of clients and partners. The technology is expected to improve decision-making and data processing.<\/p>\n

Agentic AI is set to streamline routine tasks, quickly uncover key insights, and enable brokers to focus on high-value client interactions. Rather than replacing human expertise, the integration of Agentforce within Underscore is designed to complement brokers\u2019 work, allowing them to concentrate on strategic discussions and deliver tailored solutions that enhance client outcomes.<\/p>
