McGill and Partners, an independent global specialty insurance and reinsurance broker, has announced the appointment of Mike Reynolds as Group CFO, succeeding Dominic Mignon.<\/p>\n

\"mcgill-and-partners-logo-new\"Reynolds brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience in the insurance industry, and will join the company later in the year, subject to regulatory approval.<\/p>\n

The executive is joining McGill and Partners from Oneglobal, where he most recently served as Group CEO, a role he held for the last five years. Reynolds will take up his new position once he has fulfilled his contractual obligations to Oneglobal.<\/p>\n

Prior to leading Oneglobal, he was CEO of JLT Re, Group Finance Director of JLT Group Plc and has also held CFO positions at ACE Europe and Aon Benfield.<\/p>\n

Founded in 2019 with backing from Warburg Pincus, McGill and Partners has become one of the fastest growing firms in the re\/insurance broking financial services sector, the firm stated.<\/p>

In the last three years, the company’s compound annual growth has exceeded 20%, all of which has been organic. McGill and Partners’ success and high growth potential led its inclusion in\u00a0Warburg Pincus\u2019 first-ever multi-asset continuation fund, alongside a diversified portfolio of companies, all of which have demonstrated significant success and high growth potential.<\/p>\n
