The Spark, the insurance industry\u2019s first Global Prevention Lab, has announced that global insurer Allianz has joined as a member, with Sirma Boshnakova, Member of the Board of Management of Allianz SE, appointed to The Spark\u2019s Global Advisory Board.<\/p>\n

\"AllianzLaunched at the Monte Carlo Rendez-Vous in September 2025<\/a>, The Spark is a global prevention laboratory focused on transforming the insurance industry\u2019s approach from reacting to losses to preventing them before they occur.<\/p>\n

Allianz joins a consortium of leading re\/insurance industry players \u2013 including Aon, Generali, Travelers, and QBE Ventures \u2013 working together to shift the industry from a reactive model to one centred on active prevention, risk reduction, and profitable growth.<\/p>\n

Boshnakova said, \u201cThe Spark launches at precisely the moment our industry needs transformative collaboration most. By uniting global insurers, reinsurers, and technology partners around prevention, we’re creating the foundation for sustainable growth in an era of unprecedented challenges.\u201d<\/p>\n

As a member, Allianz will participate in collaborative research, proof-of-concept projects, and strategic programs that apply proven technologies to reduce losses, enhance resilience, and deliver new forms of customer value. The partnership gives Allianz direct access to The Spark\u2019s global ecosystem, providing a practical framework for executing prevention-driven solutions across multiple lines of business.<\/p>
