Aon\u2019s Reinsurance Solutions, the reinsurance division of global broker Aon, has announced the appointment of Vincent Shih as Head of Treaty Reinsurance in Taiwan.<\/p>\n

\"AonShih brings more than 18 years of experience in the reinsurance treaty market and is \u201cwidely recognised for his deep market knowledge, strong client relationships and commitment to delivering strategic solutions,\u201d Aon said in its announcement.<\/p>\n

He most recently served as a Senior Executive Director at Aon\u2019s Reinsurance Solutions, a role he held for the past two years.<\/p>\n

Shih\u2019s appointment follows a series of senior leadership changes in the region, including Simon Chisholm being named Chairman of Asia for Aon\u2019s Reinsurance Solutions<\/a> in October 2025.<\/p>\n

Aon\u2019s Reinsurance Solutions also recently appointed Mandy Phan as Head of Production, Treaty for Asia<\/a>.<\/p>
