Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM), a division of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, has appointed Oliver Delvos as head of cyber and tech E&O for Europe, effective 1 December 2025.<\/p>\n

\"\"Based in Germany, Delvos will report to Pierre-Edouard Fraigneau, president and chief underwriting officer for Europe at LSM, and collaborate with the global cyber office. He takes over from Jelmer Andela, who has been promoted to global commercial director for cyber at Liberty Mutual.<\/p>\n

In this role, Delvos will oversee the implementation of the global cyber strategy across Europe, working closely with regional leadership and local teams to grow Liberty\u2019s cyber portfolio in the region.<\/p>\n

His appointment aligns with Liberty\u2019s Invest in Europe 2030 initiative, highlighting the company\u2019s commitment to expanding services and support for brokers and clients in Europe.<\/p>\n

This leadership update comes in the wake of the launch of Liberty\u2019s flagship cyber products, Liberty Cyber Resolution and Liberty Tech Resolution.<\/p>

Delvos has over 15 years of experience in the international insurance industry. He previously worked as managing director at Corvus Insurance, overseeing the company\u2019s European and global operations. He holds degrees in law and economics.<\/p>\n

Fraigneau commented: \u201cOliver\u2019s extensive skills and experience in international markets will be invaluable as we look to continue the growth of Liberty\u2019s cyber offerings. His track record for successfully developing, driving and growing cyber portfolios across continental Europe will support our plans going into 2030.
