Compre Group Holdings Limited, the Bermuda-domiciled international specialist reinsurance group, has signed a Loss Portfolio Transfer (LPT) agreement with French insurer Wakam S.A. (Wakam).<\/p>\n

\"compreWakam is a B2B2C insurance company that designs tailor-made insurance solutions distributed under white label by more than 100 distribution partners through its Play&Plug\u00ae technology platform.<\/p>\n

The transaction covers approximately \u20ac140 million of reserves as at 31 December 2024, mainly relating to UK and French motor and property insurance liabilities for 2024 and prior years.<\/p>\n

The agreement also includes a forward-flow mechanism that gives Compre the opportunity to reinsure subsequent years, providing ongoing capital management support to Wakam as it continues to develop its business and manage legacy exposures efficiently.<\/p>\n
