During his more than 14 years at Chubb, the executive has demonstrated exceptional strategic leadership and business acumen.<\/p>\n<p>In his most recent role as VP of Mergers and Acquisitions LATAM, his ability to drive key initiatives has been fundamental to the growth and development of Chubb\u2019s operations in the region, the insurer noted.<\/p>\n<p>Novoa initially joined Chubb in 2011 and has held a number of positions increasing in responsibility ever since. Prior to Chubb he spent three years at HSBC Bank Peru.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are confident that, in this new phase, Diego will continue to guide the team in Panama toward achieving new goals.
