Global insurance and reinsurance broking group Aon has announced the appointment of Fabio Martinez as Head of Health & Talent for Brazil.<\/p>\n

\"AonIn his new role, Martinez will lead the health and talent strategies of Aon\u2019s Brazilian operations, supporting clients in an increasingly volatile business environment marked by complex and interconnected risks, while also contributing to the company\u2019s growth and expansion in the country.<\/p>\n

He brings more than 25 years of industry experience, including the last 10 at Aon, where he has played a key role in strengthening the company\u2019s positioning with markets and clients.<\/p>\n

Martinez has held various senior positions at Aon including Client Management Director and most recently as Chief Broking Officer.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Aon, he served as a Superintendent at Marsh Risk and was also a Partner at Pluricare Health & Insurance.<\/p>
