{"id":59947,"date":"2020-05-22T16:00:20","date_gmt":"2020-05-22T15:00:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.reinsurancene.ws\/?p=59947"},"modified":"2020-05-22T15:56:34","modified_gmt":"2020-05-22T14:56:34","slug":"ironshore-environmental-enhances-cell-solution","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.reinsurancene.ws\/ironshore-environmental-enhances-cell-solution\/","title":{"rendered":"Ironshore Environmental enhances CELL solution"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ironshore, a Liberty Mutual company, has announced that its Ironshore Environmental&#8217;s Contractors&#8217; Environmental Legal Liability (CELL) policy can now include Professional Liability for certain contractor classes.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-50110\" src=\"https:\/\/www.reinsurancene.ws\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/ironshore_owler_20180112_200129_original.jpg\" alt=\"ironshore\" width=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.reinsurancene.ws\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/ironshore_owler_20180112_200129_original.jpg 590w, https:\/\/www.reinsurancene.ws\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/ironshore_owler_20180112_200129_original-300x139.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 590px) 100vw, 590px\" \/>The company&#8217;s CELL solution responds to third-party bodily injury, property damage and remediation of environmental damages driven by pollution incidents caused by the contractor&#8217;s work at a job site. Ironshore notes that a pollution incident is not required to trigger a professional incident.<\/p>\n<p>Both general and artisan commercial contractors with revenues of under $75 million, and which do not provide or subcontract professional services, can acquire Professional Liability cover that is offered via endorsement, says Ironshore.<\/p>\n<p>Adding that cover is provided on a claims-made basis and can be written on either a practice or project basis.
