I have spent most of my life living among people who were not like me. One of the first things I had to learn is how to greet people.
The other morning at church as I was passing out programs a little boy reached out to give me a fist pump. While I had been shaking hands and saying good morning to people, this little guy had another way of greeting people.
Connections begin with greetings, so today I want to bring you greetings and tell you about a new blog that I am launching which I believe will make your life better.
Why another blog?
Somewhere in the middle of 2016, I began to pull away from the world. I saw myself getting less interactive with people as it seemed that everywhere I turned I saw people shooting at others with either words or bullets. As a result, I avoided the news and stayed away from Social Media.
It wasn’t long before I decided that this was not the way to live. I needed to do my part to change the hostile and divisive environment that had become so dominant in our world. As a result, the I decided to launch CONNECTIONS: A blog designed to help people connect with God and each other.
In addition to the blog, there is a Facebook page.

You can follow the Facebook content HERE. This page will have a variety of material to encourage you to love God and others. For example, today you will find more on greetings.
